Microsoft Outlook calendar syncing is available on Pro plans.
Trova integrates with Microsoft Outlook so that events scheduled on Outlook automatically appear on your Trova calendar.
How syncing works
Microsoft Outlook events will display on your Trova calendar
Events marked as Busy will block client bookings
Important limitation
Appointments and meetings created directly within Trova do not sync back to Microsoft Outlook due to privacy compliance.
Important note
It’s recommended to create appointments directly in Trova to ensure:
Booking confirmation emails are sent
Reminder emails are sent
Video links are included (if applicable)
Billing and invoices are properly generated
If an appointment is not created in Trova, you can still create an invoice in the Billing section. However, invoices created this way are for billing purposes only and do not trigger appointment-related emails.
