You can use a different email for signing into your account, from the email that should receive the customer feedback and survey results.

By default, customer feedback and survey results will be sent to the email you used to create your account. However, you can change which email the customer feedback and emails are sent to.

Update email address

First, go to your Account Settings

Click EDIT next to the business you'd like to update.

Under EMAIL PREFERENCES update the email address where you'd like customer feedback and survey results to be sent to:

Add multiple email recipients

To send the customer feedback and survey results to multiple emails, simply add the emails in the input field, separating them with commas.

Important: The first email in the list will be used as the email for additional contact options in your review requests as well as in your TrueReview Business Profile.
