Where do I see customer feedback?

When customers submit feedback, it is sent to the email address you've provided, and can be found in your Contacts page.

To find the feedback emails in your email inbox, search for "New customer feedback for" as the subject line.

You can also access all customer feedback from your Contacts page under the Requests tab.

Under each contact, if the customer has provided feedback you will see it on the right side under "FEEDBACK"

If the customer has requested to be contacted, you will see red text that says "This customer has requested to be contacted."

This means when the customer provided feedback, they checked the box to have your business contact them.

Once you have contacted the customer, click the three dots and select "Mark as contacted"

You can also add internal notes to the customer's feedback.

Filter contacts with feedback

To quickly find customers that provided feedback, or want to be contacted, you can click the Filters button, then under Experience, click "Submitted feedback" or "Asked to be contacted"

Click Apply filters to show all customers that match these rules.
