How do I know if survey results or customer feedback is from a Shareable link?

There are two ways customers can provide survey results or direct feedback.

  1. From a review requests sent through the app

  2. From a Shareable link sent to your customers outside of TrueReview

Review requests that are sent through the TrueReview app will show the customer interaction, survey results and direct feedback in your contacts page under the requests tab.

From Review Request:

When customers submit surveys or provide direct feedback from a review request sent from the TrueReview app, you will also receive emails with the following subject lines:

For surveys:

"New survey results for {Your Business Name} - TrueReview"

For customer feedback:

"New customer feedback for {Your Business Name} - TrueReview"


From Shareable Link:

When customers submit surveys or provide direct feedback from a Sharable link, you will receive emails with the following subject lines:

For surveys:

"New survey results for {Your Business Name} from a shareable link - TrueReview"

For customer feedback:

"New customer feedback for {Your Business Name} from a shareable link - TrueReview"
