Getting started with AI Review Response Generator

To respond to your reviews using TrueReview's AI powered Review Response Generator, first you'll need to connect your Google My Business listing with TrueReview.
With your Google My Business Listing connected to TrueReview, head over to your Dashboard and click the MANAGE link next to the review you'd like to generate an AI review response.
From the review popup, click the Generate a reply button.
TrueReview's AI Review Response Generator will analyze the review, and will suggest a response.
You can click into the response and make edits if you wish. To generate a new AI response, click the "Generate new reply" button.
Click "Post reply" to submit your review response.
When responding to a review, Google and TrueReview will send an email notification to the customer that you've responded to their review about 10 minutes after your response. You can edit your response by clicking the MANAGE button, and Edit.
