You can now email stakeholders directly from a Pod, without ever leaving trumpet. Whether you're inviting a new buyer into a deal or nudging someone who hasn't opened your Pod yet, you can send a personalised email invite in a few clicks - from the Pod view, the Org Chart, or the Pod share modal.
This feature is only available on the Elite plan.
Where to send an email invite from

In Edit mode, open the page options menu and select Email live link.
In Live mode, open the page link menu or a widget's link menu and select Email link.
This opens the email composer, pre-filled and ready to send.

When adding a new stakeholder, tick Send email invite to invite them as soon as they're added.
For any stakeholder who hasn't yet visited the Pod, click on the stakeholder and from the pop-out on the right, click Compose email next to their name.

Open the Share modal and go to the People tab.
Click Send email invite.
Customising your email
The email composer lets you configure:
Recipients – add multiple people by selecting from the Pod's related users, or by entering email addresses manually.
Subject – pre-filled with a default subject, which you can edit before sending.
Message – pre-filled with the recipient's name, a link to the Pod, and a Pod preview, all editable.
Replies to these emails go straight back to whoever sent the invite, not to a shared or no-reply address, so the conversation stays with the right person.
Setting up a custom email domain
Without a custom email domain, email invites are more likely to be caught by spam filters or blocked by firewalls. If you see this warning when sending an invite, ask your Brand admin to set up a custom domain.
