If you have any doubt about your score, the first thing you can do is verify it with the person that did the validation. In the case that it is not possible to obtain the report, you can verify your own report at "https://account.truora.com/#/auth/login" or contact us through help section at the bottom of this page. In the email, please include your basic information as well as your contact information. Be as specific as you can explaining your case, and please attach whatever supporting documents you have available.
