What to do when there are unstable bases in my check results?

The databases consulted are public, so their performance does not depend on Truora. If your check brings up any instability alerts, you can deal with them in two ways, when:

  1. The unstable base is not relevant to your check: ignore the result not found, as it has no effect on the score. The other results are sufficient for your decision making.

  2. The unstable base is relevant to your check: you will have to perform the check at another time, when the base in discussion is already working again. To do it, monitor the base through the platform's Status Monitor and, when it is active again, redo the check.
