To update a client’s email address in Truss, first select the project from your Projects list. Then follow these steps:
Select the client’s initial on the project page.
Click “Wrong Email? Click here to fix.”
Enter a new or correct email address.
Click “Proceed with the fix.”
Select “Copy Magic Link”
This allows you to copy the link and send it to the taxpayer outside of Truss.
Click “Send Access Link.”
