Getting Started
Click Get Started or Your Checklist from any device — phone, tablet, or computer — to begin.
Welcome to your Tax Project!
Your To-Do tasks are a checklist of items your firm needs from you before they can begin working on your project.
Firm Review tasks are items you’ve already approved and that your accounting firm is now reviewing.
Approved shows the items your firm has reviewed and approved from the documents you’ve uploaded.
Click the Start to answer the Tax Questionnaire.
After answering all questions, click Submit.

To return to your main list, click Back to Checklist.
Completing Tasks
Upload Documents – Drag and drop or click to upload your tax documents.
allows for bulk uploads of a single PDF or multiple files at once.
Upload Specific Tasks – For tasks requesting a certain document, upload that item directly to the task.
It can be used instead of the bulk upload.
Documents can be dragged & dropped or clicked to upload.
Snooze Tasks (Optional) – If you’re waiting on a document, snooze the task for a set period of time.
Leave a Comment – Add a quick note or question for your firm in the comment box.
Mark as N/A – If something doesn’t apply to you, mark the task as N/A to let your firm know.
Mark as Done – Once you’ve uploaded or completed the needed items, click Done.
Worksheets
Click Complete Worksheet to open and fill out any required spreadsheet. OR Upload your Profit & Loss, income statement, or a list of revenue and expenses.
When finished, click Submit.
Finishing Up
Once all tasks are complete, click Send for Review to notify your firm that your organizer is ready.
All Done! 🎉
You’ve completed your organizer, uploaded your documents, and finished your tasks. Your firm will now be able to review everything and take the next steps.
