Using the Truss Google Chrome Extension

Install the Extension, go to the Chrome Web Store and search “Truss”, then click Add to Chrome.

  1. Open the Extension – Click the Truss icon in your browser.

  2. Log In – Enter your Truss username and password.

  3. Compose a New Email – In Gmail, open a new email and fill out the details.

  4. Create a New Project – Name the project and select the tasks.

  5. Associate with Recipient – The project will automatically link to the email recipient.

    Insert Link – Click “Insert Link” to generate an upload button directly in your email.

  6. Send the Email – Your recipient can now upload files directly through the link.
