Creating 1040 Organizer Projects in Bulk in Truss

Bulk project creation in Truss allows firms to efficiently create multiple projects at one time instead of setting them up individually. This is especially useful during busy seasons, onboarding new clients, or rolling out the same projects.

Click on Truss

Active Projects

  1. When a project is created, it will show a Draft tag.

    1. What this means: The project has been created but has not yet been sent to the client.

    2. Next steps: Leave the Draft tag on the project. Once the project has been sent, the system or your team will remove the tag automatically.

Tip: Do not remove the Draft tag manually—keeping it ensures you know which projects are still pending delivery.
