In this article we will go over how to customize checklist templates in Truss

- There will be step by step instructions with screenshots included with each step.

- There will also be a video tutorial that you could follow along with as well.

Let’s get Started!

Step One:

Click the Truss logo in the taskbar above the body of the email. From here it will pull up new project.

Step Two:

You will see a multitude of new projects to select from. From here you can custom tailor your templates by selecting the option at the bottom that says edit group templates.

Step Three:

After selecting edit group templates you will have the option to duplicate templates or edit the template by selecting the pencil icon(next to the duplicate icon).

Step Four:

After selecting the pencil icon you can delete, rearrange and edit the task within that checklist. You will also have the ability to add task, and overall customize this template to your liking. Just be sure to hit save at the very bottom for the changes you've made to take place. From here you would just insert the project to the email like you would normally.
