We do not use genetically modified foods in principle. The ingredients and preparation methods used at Tsuklio are only those judged to be safe based on relevant laws and regulations. We also refrain from intentionally using genetically modified foods. However, the government does not require ingredient labeling for raw materials such as soy sauce and oil, and it is currently difficult to trace back and manage the feed given to livestock, so we cannot guarantee the quality to that extent. We ensure their safety by sourcing from major manufacturers and wholesalers.
