1. Set Up

NOTE: This is NOT a step-by-step on how to set up for Course delivery. The basics should already have been set up in Tuple before setting up for correct reporting for CHE.

Have all the basics set up in Tuple, such as:

  1. Course Offers

  2. Learners

  3. Enrolment

IMPORTANT: Refer to the CHE Outline for guidance on specific Fields that are required when setting up basics.

2. Run and Submit CHE Export

Once you are ready to export the CHE Data you can follow the export steps:

  1. Navigate to Tuple > Exports

  2. Click the button labelled EduDex CHE Export

  3. Choose the extraction year

  4. (Optional) Check and edit the email address if required

  5. Click Next. In approximately 10 minutes an email will appear at the email address you specified. It will have a zip file attachment containing the 4 CHE files

3. Export Error

After your export has been submitted there may be errors. These can be fixed in two ways:

  1. Individually. Go into each individual record and amend the field

  2. Multiple. If there are many records with the same error these can potentially be fixed by performing a bulk update.
