How to withdraw funds?

1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet section located in the upper right corner of the website.

2. Then select the withdrawal method that is suitable for you, specify the amount, and click on the Create request button.

3. Pay attention to the different limits and fees for each payment direction, which you can find at the bottom of the wallet window.

What is the withdrawal time?

The withdrawal processing usually happens within the first few minutes, and on average takes from 5 to 30 minutes. We process withdrawals 24/7, including weekends.

The withdrawal speed may depend on the load of the payment system, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours according to our regulations.

Withdrawal status "In process". What does it mean?

The status "In process" means that we have approved your withdrawal request, and the transaction is in the transfer stage. The money has already been sent for processing and should arrive in your account soon.

The wait can be up to 3 days, although transactions usually go through much faster.

What needs to be considered before withdrawing funds?

Before making a withdrawal, keep in mind that each transaction undergoes a check for compliance with all site rules specified in our user agreement. If all rules are met, your withdrawal will be approved and receive the status "In process", which means successful verification.

In some cases, the funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or canceled due to rule violations. Such measures are usually applied for the improper use of site bonus funds (accumulation, exceeding the maximum available withdrawal amount for bonuses, incorrect selection of games for bonuses).

If you plan to use only top-up or deposit funds, you should not have any problems with withdrawal.

Withdrawal status "Error". What to do?

If your withdrawal request was declined, be sure to contact our technical support to find out the reason for the cancellation. They will help you understand the situation and provide the necessary recommendations.

If the withdrawal to the mobile bank does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact our support service and we will be happy to help you.
