We occasionally restrict creator accounts from applying to new jobs for a few reasons listed below. If your account is restricted, you won’t be able to view or apply for new jobs, and your profile will be hidden from brands.
This can happen for a few reasons:
📸 Your profile needs an update
This is the most common reason why your account is hidden. Make sure you have a strong bio, at least 4 portfolio videos, and up-to-date info (birthday, address, and delivery country). You can edit these sections on your profile settings. Once that’s done, email sascha@usetwirl.com, and we’ll get your profile back online!
⚠️ Repeated negative ratings
If you’ve received several low ratings on recent campaigns, your account may be temporarily hidden. If that's the case, reach out to sascha@usetwirl.com, and get your profile reviewed by our team before you can apply again.
⌛ Delivery or conduct issues
Accounts can also be restricted for delays, lack of communication, or behaviour that doesn’t align with Twirl’s delivery standards. In some cases, restrictions may become permanent.
