How can I get a refund?

Refunds are only considered for accounts that have not been traded and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after trading has commenced or beyond the 14-day window will not be processed. Refund requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

Additionally, traders are eligible for a refund of their evaluation fee once they successfully receive two reward withdrawals from the account. This refund will be included with the second reward payment and applies exclusively to the fee for the specific account in question.
