Please note that all accounts in all phases have a 30-day inactivity period. This means that if a simulated trader does not place a trade into their account for more than 30 consecutive days, the account will be deactivated. Days are consecutive calendar days, not simulated trading days.
NOTE: If your account does expire, you can request to get a new account if you wish to start after the 30-day period, with a maximum of 3 inactivity reinstatements per account. This ensures that traders are actively participating in our program while limiting hosting fees for accounts that expire and become inactive. If your account is inactive you will need to contact us via live chat or email and request new account details to log back in. Upon the 4th inactivity breach, the account will not be eligible to be reinstated.
