Here's how you can add or remove a connected social platform. Medium is different as they no longer allow new tokens, unless you request them directly from Medium.
Press your profile picture in the top left.
Click on "Settings".
Press "Connections".
From here you can add an account by pressing the green "Connect" icon, or delete one using the "trash" icon.
