How do I keep track of my Members' assigned training progress?

Keeping track of all your members assigned training progress is easy with the in-depth Assigned Training Report under Training.

After assigning training it's easy to keep track of your members' progress.

Check out this quick video on assigned training reports!

To track training progress

1. Go to Reports and then click the Assigned Training Report box.

2. You can now view all the training that has been assigned.

  • Overdue: Training that has not been completed by the due date.

  • In progress: Training that has been started but is not completed. This does not include individual lessons (as they can be either not started or completed).

  • Not started: Training that has not been started.

  • Completed: Training that has been completed.

  • Archived: Training that has been archived.

3. Search for the training you would like to track and click on the training name for an in-depth analysis.

4.  Here you can see details about the training as well as which members have completed the training, partially completed the training, and have not attempted the training.
