There are a few reasons why you may not have received a password reset link from us.

Before we get stuck into the details, check whether you signed up using a social account or by using an email and password.

If you used a social account to sign up for Typsy

By choosing to sign in with a social account you have opted to not create a user name or password. Simply access your Typsy account by selecting the social account you used on sign up.

If you used an email to sign up for Typsy

Check that the link hasn't gone to your spam or junk folders. If the link is still missing, it is likely you entered an email address in the password reset form that is not linked with a Typsy account. 

Now, refill the password reset form with another email address. If you are part of an organization, your Typsy account will likely be linked to whichever email address you gave to your employer. 

If you have still not received an email, please send us a message using the chat at the bottom right of the page or send a request to Customer support. Make sure to include:

  • your full name, 

  • the organization you are a member of, if applicable.
