Course and lesson reports

See what is being watched, how your members are accessing content and their course and lesson reviews.

Course reports

1. Go to Reports and select Course report.

2. Select a course to view in-depth reports including the members completed report, the lessons watched report, the training status report, and your member reviews.

You can also download the full Course report which includes a list of every course started, completed, and assigned as training for all members within your account. To download the Course report, click the Download button from the top of the Course report page.

Members completed report

View which members have watched the course and when they completed it.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Completing a course includes watching all the corresponding lessons and passing the quiz.

Lessons watched report

View how many times each lesson within the course has been watched and how many times it has been completed.

πŸ’‘ Tip: For a lesson to be marked as complete it has to be watched fully. A lesson of 1 min 30 sec will only be marked as complete if watched to the full 1 min 30 sec.

Training status report

View who has been assigned the course as training and who has completed it.

Member reviews

View all of the reviews made for the course by your members. These include star ratings (5 being the highest rating), written comments, and course tags.

Lesson reports

2. Select a lesson to view in-depth reports including the dashboard report, the watched count report, and your member reviews.

Dashboard report

The dashboard report is an overview of your member's learning. You'll be able to view the percentage of learning done outside of assigned training, the percentage of training completed, the number of times the lesson has been assigned as training, the number of times the lesson was watched per day as well as member reviews.

Watched count report

View which members have watched the lesson and how many times it has been completed.
