What happens if I assign my members training that they have already completed?

When you assign training to your members Typsy will automatically recognize if they have completed the training. Prior learning will be highlighted in the Status column on the review page of the assign training process.

At this point, you can remove any member who you would not want to receive the training by clicking the trash bin icon next to their name.

Below are the definitions of the phrases you may see in the Status column:

Not started

The member has not already started the training you are assigning to them.

In progress

The member has already started the training you are assigning to them.

Valid

The member has already earned a badge for the training you are assigning to them.
The badge has not expired.

Expired

The member has already earned a badge for the training you are assigning to them.
The badge has expired.
