The total time spent on all training items in days, hours and minutes. It includes both licensed and departed Members.
Total skill credits
The total Skill Credits earned by watching Lessons. It includes both licensed and departed Members.
Engagement rate
The total engaged member count divided by the active member count.
Engaged members
The number of members who have watched at least 3 minutes of content in the past 30 days and have an account status of licensed.
Completed training
The total number of completed training items.
Training in progress
The total number of training items in progress.
Training not started
The total number of training items not started.
Overdue training
The total number of training items overdue.
