How to manage your Typsy for Business subscription

Learn how to review and change your Business subscription, and manage your licenses.

Upgrade your Typsy for Business subscription

1. Go to Accounts then click 'Subscription'.

2. Click on Upgrade Subscription.

3. Select a Typsy Premium Monthly or Annual subscription and adjust your licenses. You will see the estimated cost with your selected number of licenses.

4. Click Continue.

5. Fill in your address and credit card details.

6. Click Upgrade account.


Review your Typsy for Business subscription

1. Go to Accounts then click 'Subscription'.

2. Click on Edit.

You can review your Typsy for Business subscription and adjust licenses from here. You can also review your upcoming renewal including when your next billing period starts and how much you will be charged.


Downgrade your Typsy for Business subscription

1. Click on Account then go to Subscription.

2. Click on Downgrade to Free.


Cancel your Typsy for Business subscription

1. Click on Account and then go to Subscription.

2. Click Cancel account.

💡 Tip: Cancellation and Downgrades are effective at the end of your current trial or pre-paid period. You and any members will have full access until then. We do not refund dues already paid. Once effective, you and any members will no longer have access to your account.

If you change your mind, all your Typsy historical data will remain in Typsy - come back anytime and pick up right where you left off.


Reactivate your Typsy for Business subscription

1. Click on Account then go to Subscription.

2. Click Upgrade to Business Premium.
