Linking an outside bank account
Before you are able to withdraw funds via ACH, you must first link an outside bank account.

Withdraw funds via ACH
From the login page select "Transfer Funds"
From the ACH page, select "tZERO" as your FROM bank, and select your applicable outside bank as the TO bank
Enter the number of funds you would like to withdraw from tZERO Securities to your outside bank
Click "Review Transfer"
Assuming the information provided is accurate, click "Submit"
Your transfer will be submitted for review, and you should receive an e-mail confirming once the request has been actioned
Please note that funds deposited into the tZERO system are subject to a 15 business day hold
