📱 On Mobile (App)

  1. Update the Wickie app to the latest version. Older versions may prevent code delivery.

  2. If that doesn’t help, delete and reinstall the app, then restart your phone.

  3. Make sure your internet or mobile connection is stable and try again.

💻 On Web
