A payout converts stablecoins into fiat and sends the funds directly to a bank account. Before creating a payout, you need to register an external account for the recipient.
Step 1: Register an External Account
Before creating a payout, the recipient must have a registered external account. See 🔗 How to register an External Account for step-by-step instructions.
Step 2: Create the Payout transaction
Go to the Transactions section in the dashboard
Click New Transaction
Select the Pay Out tab
Fill in the sender information (stablecoin, amount, customer, wallet, blockchain network)
Fill in the receiver information (currency, external account)
Review the quote and click Create transaction
Step 3: Send the crypto deposit
After creating the transaction, you will receive a blockchain address to send the stablecoins.
⚠️ You must send the exact amount indicated, using the correct blockchain network. Sending a different amount or using the wrong network may result in failed or delayed transactions.
Once the deposit is confirmed on-chain, UnblockPay automatically converts the funds and completes the fiat transfer to the designated bank account.
