If your pitch has gone unanswered for over 7 or 30 days depending on the curator, you now have the option to cancel it yourself and receive a credit to pitch again at no extra cost.
If you have any overdue submissions then follow the below steps (please note the following screenshots are from mobile. The steps are exactly the same if you're on the web platform).
Head to the 'Playlist Pitches' page
Click "Manage Pitches"
Select the campaign(s) that you want to cancel and press 'Confirm Selection'
Press "Yes, cancel my pitches" to receive your token
You'll then receive an email with your token that you can use to redeem the same number of pitches that you cancelled.
