Great! Now it’s time to get your Student Ambassadors, or Buddies, ready to feel confident to represent your institution on Unibuddy.
Before inviting them to create their Ambassador profiles, you should ensure they have watched the 45-minute pre recorded Unibuddy Chat Training webinar on how to get started.
If you also have Ambassadors who will also be using your Unibuddy Community platform, please ensure they also watch the Community Training webinar.
Ambassadors only need to complete each relevant training once, but they’re welcome to revisit it anytime as a refresher, especially if it’s been a while.
July 2026 : We have currently paused our live, interactive monthly Chat and Community training webinars while we refresh the programme. We’ll be relaunching them this autumn, so watch this space for new dates and further details!
Once your Ambassadors have watched the webinar, you can move on to the next step - which is inviting them to create their Ambassador profiles.
