Before you start make sure:
. Devices are ON
. Battery is above 10%
. Bluetooth is enabled (both in Control Center and Settings)
. You are within 2 meters
. You have a stable internet connection
Steps:
Download the UNIT 1 App.
Log in or create an account.
Tap “Add Helmet, Smart Light or Remote.”
Follow on-screen instructions.
Complete any required software updates.
Select your helmet color.
Done.
Troubleshooting:
If devices were previously added but are not working:
Go to Settings > Devices
Delete each device
Reconnect from scratch
If still not working:
Contact support@unit1gear.com and include:
. A full video of pairing steps
. Video of remote charging behavior (if applicable)
