Your NEON helmet should feel snug but comfortable once properly adjusted.
When fitted correctly:
The helmet should rest level on your head, not tilted forward or backward.
It should stay secure when you move your head, without shifting.
The fitting system should rest gently against the back of your neck.
The straps should form a “V” shape just below your earlobes.
If the helmet feels loose or unstable, readjust the fitting system or the strap dividers.
