The straps on your NEON helmet can move forwards, backwards, up, and down to achieve a perfect fit.
To adjust them:
Make sure the divider sits just below your earlobes.
The straps should not touch your neck or hang in front of your chin.
To move the divider up or down, pull or push the straps gently.
To move it forward, shorten the front strap.
To move it backward, shorten the rear strap.
Once adjusted, the helmet should feel stable and balanced without extra slack.
