What if I don’t have the original UNIT 1 box for my exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot process an exchange without the original packaging and all included items.

To ensure a successful exchange:

  • Use the original packaging: Place the product in its original box to protect it during transit.

  • Include all items: Ensure all accessories or components that came with the product are included in the return.

  • Send only the items you want to exchange: If you’re exchanging just one product, do not return unrelated items.
