What if I don’t have the original UNIT 1 box for my return?

Unfortunately, we cannot process a return without the original packaging and all included items.

  • Ensure original packaging: The product must be placed in its original box to qualify for a return.

  • Include all items: Make sure all accessories and components that came with the product are included in the return.

  • Return only the relevant items: If you are returning a single item, do not send back unrelated products.
