How to set up Single Sign On (SSO)

SSO isn’t self-serve yet. To enable it, your account manager will send you a secure setup link powered by WorkOS.

Updated over 5 months ago

🧼 TL;DR:

SSO setup is handled by your account manager. They’ll provide a secure link to complete setup using WorkOS.

🔧 What Is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) lets users access Uniteam with their existing company credentials—no separate password needed.

It’s compatible with popular identity providers like:

  • Google Workspace

  • Microsoft Azure AD

  • Okta

  • OneLogin

📞 How to Set It Up

To get started:

  1. Reach out to your Uniteam account manager

  2. They’ll send you a specialized SSO setup link (powered by WorkOS)

  3. Follow the prompts to connect your identity provider

  4. Once verified, your users can log in via your company SSO

🔒 Notes & Requirements

  • SSO is only available on select plans

  • You’ll need admin access to your identity provider

  • The SSO login will apply org-wide for all future logins

💡 Pro Tip:

Rolling out Uniteam to a large team? SSO helps speed up onboarding and ensures everyone uses secure, company-managed login.
Example: Employees logging into other work apps (like Google or Microsoft) will now access Uniteam the same way.
