What Happens When a User Gets Removed

Removing a user doesn’t erase their history—it ends their access. Here’s what stays and what changes when someone is removed from Uniteam.

Updated over 5 months ago

🔒 Access Is Fully Revoked
Once a user is removed, they’re placed in a “deleted user” state.
They can no longer log in or access any part of the platform.

📌 What Stays After Removal
Uniteam keeps key content intact to preserve history and context:

  • Feed posts they created remain visible.

  • Spaces or subspaces they created still exist.

  • Recognition or shoutouts they sent are still visible and credited to them.

  • Comments and reactions stay as-is.

🛑 What They Can No Longer Do

  • They lose access to all feeds, chats, spaces, and company content.

  • They won’t receive notifications or updates.

💡 Good to Know
Removing a user helps maintain record integrity without losing valuable team contributions or audit trails.
