My Post Didn’t Go Through—What Should I Do?

If your post didn’t send or disappeared, it’s likely a connection issue or something small. Here’s how to troubleshoot it quickly.

Updated over 5 months ago

🧼 TL;DR:

Check your internet connection, refresh the app, and try again. If it keeps happening, send us a quick bug report.

🔍 First, Check These Basics

  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or data?
Weak connections are the #1 reason posts don’t send—especially media-heavy ones.

  • Did the page freeze or crash while posting?
If so, reload or restart the app/browser.

  • Are you trying to upload large files?
Make sure your images or videos are under the supported size limits (usually 100MB max per file).

🔁 What to Do Right Away

  1. Refresh the page or app

    • On mobile: Pull down to refresh

    • On desktop: Hit refresh or F5

  2. Try sending the post again

    • Recreate it if needed (we know, that’s annoying—we’re working on drafts!)

  3. If it’s a recurring issue

    • Report the bug in chat or email support@uniteam.us

    • Include what type of post it was (text, image, video) and what device/browser you’re using

💡 Pro Tip:

If you’re writing a longer update, draft it in Notes or Google Docs first—just in case.
Example: Store announcements or HR policy posts are worth a quick backup before sending.
