🧼 TL;DR
Check Azure assignments – user (or their group) must be assigned to the Uniteam SSO app.
Check Uniteam – the same email must already exist in your Users list.

🔍 What’s Happening?
Affected users click “Sign in with Microsoft” and see a spinner that never finishes. After ~30 seconds they get an error such as:
Can’t complete sign-in
Your account isn’t yet enabled for this application.
(Sample message—wording may differ)
In Azure, the sign-in shows as Started but never Completed.
✅ Step 1 – Confirm Azure Assignments
Log into portal.azure.com
Navigate to Enterprise Applications ▶ Uniteam (SSO) App
Open Users & Groups
Make sure the user or a group they belong to is assigned
Click Save ➜ Have the user try again
Tip: even if some teammates can sign in, one missing Azure assignment will block the rest.
✅ Step 2 – Confirm the User Exists in Uniteam
SSO only finishes after Uniteam finds a matching account.
How to add a user | Where | Note |
Manually | Settings → Users → Add User | Email must match Azure exactly |
Bulk Upload | Settings → Bulk Upload | Great for many new hires |
HRIS Sync | Via Integrations | Auto-creates & updates users |
🔁 Still Not Working?
Email mismatch? Check for typos, casing, or extra spaces.
Have the user retry and note the exact time (UTC) of the failure.
