AI Moderation

Our AI assistant gives your team a head start by scanning new posts, comments, and messages for common problem areas (like explicit content, harassment, or violence). If something looks concerning, it quietly files a case for moderators to review.

When it kicks in

  • Right after new content is created. Text is scanned; images and videos are checked using a handful of frames.

  • This runs in the background. Your post doesn’t “wait” for the AI.

What you’ll notice

  • If something gets a lot of reports, you may see a warning banner with a “View anyway” option.

  • AI never deletes content on its own. People do. (Well, moderators do.)

Privacy & safety

  • We only send what’s needed to analyze content, plus minimal info to link reports to the right post/comment/message.

  • The callback between systems is locked down. Think “curtain bouncer with a guest list.”

If the AI gets it wrong

  • Report it like you normally would. Moderators can close it out.

  • Don’t want AI moderation? Your company can switch it off in Settings → Features.

FAQs

  • Does this slow down posting? Nope. It runs asynchronously.

  • Can AI delete content? No—only moderators can do that.

  • Can we tune categories? Category handling follows platform policy. Reach out to support for changes.
