Can I Change my Preferred Veterinarian?

The short answer:

Absolutely! Just log into your portal and use our Vet search to select a new Vet.

Vet changes are effective the first of the next month, unless you call us to make the change.

The long answer:

Making changes to your Primary Care Veterinarian is a breeze with United Pet Care. Here's a simple guide to help you through the process:

  1. Log in to your portal and find the My Vet section on the left side of the screen – just a click away!

  2. In the My Vet section, locate the Change Vet button on the top right of the screen. By using the convenient zip code search, you can easily find the nearest Vets in your area.

  3. Once you've found the Vet you'd like to switch to, simply click on that clinic, view the savings and then click Select Vet. Your change will become effective on the first of the next month.

  4. To access your ID card, head over to the Member Card section on the left side of your screen to download or screenshot your card.
