Need to change your vet? No problem

The short answer:

Absolutely! Just log into your portal and use our Vet search to select a new Vet.

Vet changes are effective the first of the next month, unless you call us to make the change.

The long answer:

Making changes to your Primary Care Veterinarian is a breeze with United Pet Care. Here's a simple guide to help you through the process:

  1. Log in to your portal and find the My Vet section on the left side of the screen – just a click away!

  2. In the My Vet section, locate the Change Vet button next to your current Vet choice. By using the convenient zip code search, you can easily find the nearest Vets in your area.

  3. Once you've found the Vet you'd like to switch to, simply click on that clinic, and then Confirm Changes. We'll show you all the incredible savings and exclusions available at the new clinic through a pop-up.

  4. Click on the Confirm button, and voila! Your change will become effective on the first of the next month. It's that simple!

Now, head over to the Documents tab on the left side of your screen. Your new ID card awaits you there – just look for today's date and download it. This way, you'll be all set to show it during your next visit to the Vet.
