  2. Refund Policy: Kindly note that there are no refunds on the UPC pet care program. We're committed to providing the best care for your pets throughout their membership.

  3. Easy Renewals: To ensure continuous access to our top-notch services, members will automatically renew at the end of each year, unless you notify our offices.

  4. Staying In-Network: We value your trust in us, and to maximize savings and benefits, it's best to visit our network of UPC-approved vets. If you go out of network or to a non-UPC vet, there won't be any savings or reimbursement available.
