Can I Submit a Claim?

Have a question regarding the savings you received?

Updated over a week ago

The short answer:

United Pet Care is not insurance and savings are received at the time of service at participating veterinarians, so there is no need to submit a claim.

The long answer:

Welcome to United Pet Care โ€“ where we've reimagined pet care to be unlike conventional pet insurance.

At UPC, we noticed that traditional pet insurance often fell short of meeting pet owners' needs, so we set out to make a positive change. That's why UPC is NOT pet insurance; we're something even better!

Here's what makes United Pet Care stand out:

  1. Inclusive Coverage: We believe every pet deserves exceptional care, regardless of age, breed, or pre-existing conditions. As a United Pet Care member, you'll receive savings at any of our veterinary partners without the hassle of claim forms or denials.

  2. Hassle-Free Experience: Your pet's health is essential, and we've made it easy to access top-notch care. Simply join UPC, provide your pet's information, and select your Primary Care Veterinarian. Once these simple steps are completed, you can access your ID card anytime through your portal.

  3. Instant Savings: Present your ID card at the time of service, and your savings will be applied directly to your invoice during checkout. No need to worry about claim submissions or waiting for reimbursements.

  4. Staying In-Network: We value your trust in us, and to maximize savings and benefits, it's best to visit our network of UPC-approved vets. If you go out of network or to a non-UPC vet, there won't be any savings or reimbursement available.

  5. Added Benefits: With your UPC membership, you'll also enjoy unlimited access to our 24/7 Pet Helpline, savings on lab tests, medications, and other pet health and wellness products.

You will not receive your savings if you go to another participating provider without notifying UPC.

It's important to note that United Pet Care savings are applicable only to our network of veterinary partners. So, when seeking care, ensure you visit your selected provider and identify yourself as a United Pet Care member by showing your current ID card.
