On the left side of your screen, find and click on the "Documents" tab.
Click to print or you can also screenshot your card on your phone to show your vet.
Now, you can easily access your card anytime you visit your trusted in-network veterinarian.
For a smooth experience and to receive your well-deserved savings, don't forget to identify yourself as a United Pet Care member and present your ID card at the time of service during your visit to an in-network facility.
