Can I Update My Credit Card?

Need to update the credit or debit card you have on file?

The short answer:

You can update your payment information right in your member portal. If you prefer to speak with one of our representatives, simply give us a call at (602) 266-5303 or use the chat function right here on our website.

The long answer:

Is it time to update the credit or debit card you use for direct payments? No worries – we've made it super easy for you to do right on your portal. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. First, log in to your portal.

  2. On the left side of your screen, find the "Billing" tab and click on it.

  3. Once on the billing screen you may view the current billing information on file, as well as update your current payment method via “+Add payment method”

  4. Once selected, follow the prompts and fill out the new payment information. (Don’t forget to select “Use as default payment method” and select “Add”.)

  5. Once completed, the newly entered payment method will appear above the previous. You may select a new default payment method at any time via the 3 dots next to the already entered payment method. Your billing information is now updated 😊
