Can I Update My Payment Method?

The short answer:

You can update your payment information right in your member portal. If you prefer to speak with one of our representatives, simply give us a call at (602) 266-5303 or use the chat function right here on our website.

The long answer:

Is it time to update the credit or debit card you use for direct payments? No worries – we've made it super easy for you to do right on your portal. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. First, log in to your portal – your pet-centric hub.

  2. On the left side of your screen, find the "Billing" tab and click on it.

  3. Look for the "Add New Card" box and give it a click.

  4. Enter your updated card information – it's as easy as that!

  5. Now, here's the best part – you can select which payment method you'd like to set as your Default. This means your recurring payments will be charged to the credit or debit card you choose as your Default payment method.
