In Univid you have access to a bunch of data points and graphs around how well your webinar performed and aggregated KPIs in the Webinar Insights Dashboard.

But, you can also find a ton of insights per individual level of your attendees and registrants to find your ambassadors and leads, as well as tweak conversion.

This attendee data is available both:

  • In the Univid user interface

  • To download as Excel file

  • Automatically exported via our webinar integrations

Download the attendee data

See the individual webinar data per attendee and download it, by clicking on "Access & registration" > "Statistics and registrants" > "Registrants" (download) in the left sidebar.

You can also download the full list of registrants here as an Excel file. It contains things like:

  • who registered

  • who attended live vs. on-demand

  • who answered what in polls

  • who clicked your CTA and which one

  • the chat transcript

  • watch time per attendee

  • the UTM tags a registrant are associated with

  • answers to custom registration fields in your form

Automatic data flow via webinar integration

Or activate a webinar integration to have data flow automatically into HubSpot, Upsales, Lyyti, etc.

FAQ: Attendee insights

Can admins see who answered what in polls?

Yes, in the attendee insights you will be able to see who wrote what answer. Both in the Excel you export, and via the automatic webinar integrations. However, if and when you reveal polls' answers in the live webinar, who answered the poll is never visible to the audience.

Can we see who registered for our webinar so far?

Yes, you can see both the amount of registrants right in the workspace overview, on each webinar card. Also, you can see exactly who registered, if you navigate to "Access & Registrations" > "Statistics and registrants" > "Registrants". You can also download the full list as an Excel, or view it through your integration.
