FAQ: Aggregated webinar insights

How is focus measured?

The focus graph shows whether attendees have the webinar active in their browser over time.

An attendee is considered not focused when the webinar browser tab becomes inactive - for example, if they switch to another tab, minimize the browser window, or put the browser in the background on mobile.

If the webinar remains visible while using another application - for example, with Univid on one side of the screen and a notes app on the other - the attendee is still considered focused.
