Invite a User
Whether a new Unleashed user is already a Member in your Access Evo or not, they'll need to be invited to Unleashed directly to access it.
To add a new user to an Unleashed account with Access Evo:
Log in to Access Evo and open Unleashed.
From Unleashed's main menu, go to Settings, Security, and select Users.
Click on the green "Invite a User" button in the top right corner.
Enter the new user's details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address (this will be used to create their login)
Department (default is "Executive")
Role (see Role Permissions)
Click the green "Invite" button.
The new user will receive an email invite to the Unleashed account with the subject "Invitation to join...".
The new user must use the link provided in the email then click on "Accept Invite" to activate their login.
Once accepted, click on "Create Login".
The new user will be directed to the Access Evo's login page, where they will either:
Provide a password for their new login credentials and verify their email address.
Login to Access with their existing Access Evo credentials.
Once the new user has verified their login details they will be automatically added as a "Member" to your organisation's Access Evo and will be a "User" in your Unleashed account.
📌Note:
The invite email's activation link is valid for 7 days after delivery.
User Invite emails will be sent from "unleashed-noreply@theaccessgroup.com"; check any spam or junk folders if you do not receive the invite within 15 minutes.

Unleashed User Roles
The functions, features and pages each invited user has access to in Unleashed is determined by the "Role" they have assigned with Unleashed's "User" page. To update an Unleashed user's current role, simply navigate to Settings, Security, Users and click on the "Role" field for the user. Select the user's new role from the dropdown menu displayed.
To create new Roles or manage the permissions granted for existing Roles in your Unleashed account, head to Settings, Security, Role Permissions.

Member management
To manage Members of your Access Evo organization, head to your Access Evo's Dashboard and use the "Members" tool. From "Members" you're able to manage:
Access to the Products your organization uses.
Member Roles for Access Evo.
Member Passwords for Access Evo.
Member 2FA's for Access Evo.

Change password
Each Unleashed User's login credentials are created and subsequently managed within Access Evo. As such, to change the password for an existing user of Unleashed the user must navigate to Access Evo and complete the following steps:
From Unleashed, click on the white "Access" button and select Spaces.
Select My Dashboard.
Click on your user name in the top right corner, and select "My account" from the menu.
Select "Change Password", then follow the page's instructions to update your login's current password to a new one.
📌Note: Access Evo User passwords must be at least 10 characters long.
⚠️Important: Once a user's password is updated in Access Evo, the update will automatically apply to all other Access Product logins they have linked to this Access Evo organisation.
Forgotten password
If a user's forgotten the password to their Access Evo login, the password can be reset using the "Forgot your password?" link:
Navigate to Access Evo's login page: Access Evo Login.
Enter your Access Evo user email address (this will be the same as your Unleashed User email), then select Next.
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link, displayed under the Password field.
Click the "Send Code" button displayed in the next page.
A verification code will be sent via email to the user's email address, with the subject line "Reset your Access account password".
Enter the verification code provided in email into the "Verification code" field now shown in your Access Evo login page.
Provide a "new password" for your Access Evo login and select "Set my password".
Your Access Evo's user login will then be updated to the new password and you will logged into your Access Evo account.
📌 Note: Forgotten Passwords emails will be sent from "noreply@accessacloud.com"; check any spam or junk folders if you do not receive the email within 15 minutes of requesting it.
